What it is

The mobile surface for a personal AI infrastructure stack. A Telegram bot that turns the phone into the capture device. Voice notes, photos, URLs, fragments of thought come in. Typed envelopes go out into the larger PAI pipeline for parsing, routing, and downstream knowledge work.

The bot itself stays thin. The intelligence lives in the pipeline behind it.

Telegram Bot API, typed envelope schema, integration with the upstream PAI capture pipeline. The phone is the only required device.
