What it is

An email triage workflow that polls Gmail via IMAP, classifies each message with Claude Sonnet across seven categories and four priorities including sentiment, and routes by action type: auto-reply, draft, escalate, ignore.

Google Sheets logging. Slack alerts for escalations. Around seven seconds per email, about a cent per classification. The 11-test suite is the deploy gate.
