What it is

A public surface of 21 agent-skill packages, exported from a larger private infrastructure under a strict publication audit. The audit gates every release: it scans for secrets, hardcoded local paths, references to private file locations, and any leakage of the upstream private system into the public artifact.

The point is the publication discipline. Releasing a skill package public is a sanctioned operation, not a copy paste.
